Monthly accountability to maintaining weight loss, building new muscle and losing fat when your body has plateaued, while eating foods you enjoy each day, you will  be tracking and weighing all foods & beverages daily in an app. Unlike a set meal plan of the same foods everyday, each day you can add variety you choose.  Perfect for someone with self control who is looking to lose 20lbs or less, or who wants to "fine tune" their body with a toned shape adding muscle.  This package includes weekly weight and macro  check-ins with Angela along with macro adjustments based off your body's progress and goals and renews each month unless you cancel.
