What cities do you train in?For private equipment based personal training sessions, we travel to you in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and El Segundo. If you need training outside of the South Bay area, we are available to travel with you on an individual customized basis anywhere in the US or internationally for an additional charge. Please email with any travel inquiries needed during your training packages to: info@manhattanbeachfitness.com Our Lean & Clean Reset Program trains you from anywhere in the world, with a step by step plan to help you reboot your gut and unlock hormone function to maximize your training efforts for a leaner, stronger body.

Do you have a fitness app?Yes! What kinds of payments do you accept?We accept credit and debit cards for payments done directly on this website, where you can also set up your Paypal account, or use payment plans with Affirm.

Angela is available in the Los Angeles area to come to your corporate HQ, businesses including doctor's offices, wellness centers, med spas, women's health summits, private social club or home for a private event with 15 or more women, to give a 30 minute seminar with a detailed slide presentation on a step by step protocol with done for you meal plans, and macronutrient education, to detoxify your gut, promote a healthy microbiome that reboots your hormones, burn fat and sculpt muscle in midlife. Angela will teach you in 30 minutes how to become your own health advocate as you age. Do you offer semi-private live training sessions?Yes, we do! You may train with an additional 1-2 people performing the same exercises in the same shared sessions for an extra cost of 1/2 price of a full session charge, per person. All participants must answer our fitness assessment questionnaire found here and book an in person fitness assessment found here for all live training sessions. Shared sessions may be purchased on a custom basis by emailing here: info@manhattanbeachfitness.com

Do you offer live group fitness classes in Southbay?If you have a home with a large backyard and would like to host a weekly group class with your friends, we come to you and train up to 15 people at a time at a discounted rate. Do you offer virtual training?Yes, you can receive virtual training by using our recorded workouts from our on demand library here: https://www.manhattanbeachfitness.com/videos-on-demand or, you can get 3 new customized weekly workouts each week to do on your own at the gym or home in conjunction with our Lean & Clean Reset Nutritional Transformation program here: https://www.manhattanbeachfitness.com/manhattan-beach-nutrition We do not offer live virtual 1-1 training sessions.
