What kinds of payments do you accept?We accept credit and debit cards for payments done directly on this website. It is also possible to pay for live sessions only, by Venmo, Paypal or cash.

What cities do you train in?We travel to you or a local park or beach within Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and El Segundo. If you need training outside of the South Bay area, we are available to travel with you on an individual customized basis anywhere in the US or internationally for an additional charge. Please email with any travel inquiries needed during your training packages to: info@manhattanbeachfitness.com

Can I book a training session?Yes, see our training package options here.

Are masks required to train?We ask for a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card at the time you book your live fitness assessment. Masks are not required to train you in your home or outdoors. Our trainers are vaccinated and carry proof of vaccination.

Do you offer semi-private live training sessions?Yes, we do. You may train with an additional 1-2 people performing the same exercises in the same shared sessions for an extra cost per person. All participants must answer our fitness assessment questionnaire found here and book an in person fitness assessment found here for all live training sessions. Shared sessions may be purchased on a custom basis by emailing here: info@manhattanbeachfitness.com

Do you offer live group fitness classes in Southbay?Yes, we do offer outdoor group classes in the Spring and Summer months in the park or on the beach in Manhattan Beach and send out an announcement with outdoor events you can purchase class passes for at that time. Do you offer virtual training?Yes, we do! Our videos on demand are available by monthly or annual subscription with new workouts and team community virtual challenges added regularly here.
