As a Gut Health and Hormone focused Holistic Nutritionist, certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal & Group Trainer, Strength Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach, I look forward to helping you.

 

If you are here to learn about The Lean & Clean Reset — an online community of women across the USA improving their energy, vitality, hormone, liver and gut function, and strength, you are in the right place.

 

Since 2020, I have trained women in their homes M-F everyday, with over 7,000 in-person training and nutritional coaching sessions 1-1. Investing in  your muscle health is essential for how you age every year over 40.

 

I am also a proud mom to a USC premed student heading off to university this fall — and I am  turning 60 this year.

 

I help women understand how food pairing and building balanced meals containing the right ratios of proteins, healthy fats and carbs is vital to healthy blood sugar balance, how our gut microbiome affects brain health and immune function, and how epigenetics — the science of gene expression — means that up to 80% of how we age is shaped by lifestyle: what we eat, how we move, how we sleep, and what toxins we're exposed to. So much of this is within our power to change, at any age.

 

I analyze DEXA body composition scans so we can track bone density, muscle mass, and visceral fat with real data — not guesswork.

 

I have designed nutrition plans for women with digestive issues, dietary restrictions, cancer survivors, histamine sensitivities and food intolerances, and a liver transplant patient in conjunction with blood work analysis through her doctor.

 

I help women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond — and I'd love to help you too.
