Terms & Conditions of Purchase
These Terms form an agreement between you ("Client") and Angela Amiri / Manhattan Beach Fitness ("Coach") for participation in The Lean & Clean Reset™ Online Program.

1. What you're buying. A personalized coaching program — not a returnable product. Includes custom meal plans, recipes, workouts, program setup, coaching, weekly-released lessons, and app/portal access for the program term.
2. How it's delivered. Personalized, made-for-you materials are built from your intake and released on a rolling weekly schedule over the first five weeks, with coaching and lessons across the term. Because this work is created specifically for you and delivered on an ongoing basis, it cannot be returned once released.
3. Orientation & 48-hour review. Your personalized Week 1 deliverables — meal plan, recipes, grocery list, and workouts — are delivered to you before your program start date for an orientation review period. It is your responsibility to review all materials upon receipt. If you want adjustments to your nutrition or first-week workouts, you must notify your coach within 48 hours of delivery, and your coach will work with you to address them within the program's scope, confirmed on your onboarding Zoom call or by direct message exchange in your Trainerize coaching app. If you do not request changes within that window, you accept the deliverables, structure, recipes, foods, and workouts as delivered and confirm the program was received as described at the time of purchase.
4. No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, once program access is granted — including if you stop, cancel, or discontinue for any reason, and regardless of how much material you personally access or use. Payment-plan balances remain due in full.
5. Chargebacks. You agree to raise any billing concern with me directly before contacting your card provider. Filing a chargeback for a program delivered under these terms is a breach of this agreement.
6. Not medical care; your responsibility to clear participation. This is nutrition and fitness coaching, not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. You represent that you have consulted your own physician and are medically cleared to participate, and that you have disclosed any condition that could affect your safe participation. It is your responsibility — not the Coach's — to determine that this program is appropriate for you. Because materials are personalized and delivered immediately, a medical condition, illness, or injury does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from your purchase or participation will be handled in California, and you agree to that jurisdiction and venue.
8. Agreement. By purchasing and/or accessing the program, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the no-refund policy.
9. Acknowledgment. By checking "I agree" at checkout, I confirm I have read and specifically understand and accept: (3) the 48-hour orientation review, (4) the no-refund policy, and (6) that this is coaching, not medical care.
