This is a great package for the client who either lives outside of the Los Angeles area, or is traveling out of town and wants to train with Angela. 


Your sessions consist of a Zoom link that will be emailed to you, and once you click the link you are in for a beginner, intermediate or advanced customized level of training that can be performed with whatever equipment you have on hand, or none at all.

We suggest a yoga mat, and pair of light dumbbells (about 4-6lb weights for women, 8-10lb weights for men to start.). Either way, prepare to sweat and get a great workout in!*
