Angela 

Coached by a 2x former IFBB pro Olympian bikini bodybuilder for 5 years, and 2 top fitness coaches for competition at age 50, Angela is also a mom to a teenager and understands bodies change over time, especially over 40 due to hormonal changes, prior injuries and the natural aging process. She guides the average individual or more advanced athlete through various exercise routines and modalities regardless of current condition, toward getting you to optimal health, mobility and longevity. You will feel empowered with body positivity no matter your age or current condition. Great for women wanting a toned body or men wanting to bulk up, Angela's fitness background is an asset used to guide you to your goals.
